Since forming in 2006, AOAA have been spreading their way into the hearts of those who thrive on aggressive music. After the release of "Welcome To Sludge City", AOAA found themselves being approached by record labels and soon signed to UK based Siege Of Amida Records (S.O.A.R.) This helped to forge their reign as one of the leaders in the UK Metal scene. Soon after, "Before The Throne Of Infection" was released onto the world, receiving highly rated reviews and acknowledgements that Annotations Of An Autopsy mean business.
A full US run with Hate Eternal , Job For A Cowboy and All Shall Perish resulted in an explosion Stateside for the band's popularity, followed by the band's first Euro headliner in the summer with Viatrophy and Trigger The Bloodshed for the 'Dominatour'.
The new album 'The Reign Of Darkness' is a testament to how the band have evolved into the wrecking crew they have now become; hug slabs of groove and pounding intensity all topped off by a crisp production from Foel Studios (Paradise Lost, Napalm Death) and a sterling mix/master combo of Erik Rutan and Alan Douches; both at the very top of the ladder in the Metal production realm.
